Your Impact:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager and based in Auckland CBD, this 12-month contract role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to implement data and reporting solutions to eliminate manual data manipulation and reporting across teams in multiple business units.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Design, develop and implement a pipeline of reports and dashboards.
- Engage with Supply Chain team members to build an understanding of existing tasks including data source.
- Develop a Supply Chain data management and reporting framework using our data analytics tools using Microsoft Power BI, Oracle and Excel.
- Create and refine user summaries for each reporting application.
- Develop training materials and train team members how to create datasets and reports.
What you will bring:
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a data analytics and reporting role, focused on Power BI.
- Proven Data Modelling and Data Preparation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in supply chain analysis and process mapping, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and automate solutions.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to train and empower users in Power BI and reporting best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify business pain points and implement data-driven solutions.
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases (preferred but not required) and a solid understanding of business process analysis to improve workflows.
