About the Role
Call me a little biased… but I think we’ve built something pretty special here in our Melbourne office. A high-performing, collaborative, genuinely good group of people and we’re looking for someone who will be right at the centre of it all.
Reporting to the General Manager of ANZ and Sustainability and the Managing Director of International, this is a beautifully balanced role 50% Office Manager, 50% Executive Assistant where no two days are the same. You’ll keep our Southbank office humming while also partnering closely with two senior leaders to ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping our office running like clockwork
- Managing day-to-day office operations, suppliers, and facilities
- Owning meeting room coordination, office supplies, and events support
- Acting as the key liaison with building management, IT, and vendors
Supporting our Executive leaders
- Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across time zones
- Coordinating domestic and international travel end-to-end
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, and executive materials
- Handling expenses, meetings, and confidential information with discretion
Bringing our culture to life
- Supporting onboarding for new team members
- Planning and delivering team events and engagement initiatives
- Creating moments that make our office a great place to be
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Office Management and/or Executive Assistant roles
- Confidence supporting senior leaders (ideally at C-suite level)
- Exceptional organisation skills you’re the person everyone relies on
- A proactive mindset you anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- High attention to detail and absolute discretion
Experience with international travel coordination, MS365, and fast-paced environments will set you up for success.
