Short Summary
The Group People & Culture Coordinator is a key support role within a2 Milk’s global P&C team, responsible for delivering seamless employee lifecycle experiences, managing HR systems (Oracle, Success Factors, Workday or SAP)
and supporting core people initiatives. This role acts as a central point of contact for onboarding, HR documentation, compliance, benefits, and data reporting, playing an integral part in enhancing the employee experience across ANZ.

We’re looking for a Group People & Culture Coordinator to join our global P&C team in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Head of Performance and Reward you will get involved in exciting P&C functions as part of a supportive and inclusive team. If you are passionate about delivering seamless employee experiences, love working with systems and processes, and are eager to grow your career in HR, this role could be your next big step.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Managing the employee lifecycle – onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation and contracts
- Acting as a super user for our HRIS (Oracle HCM) and Health & Safety system (Protecht)
- Supporting benefits administration and internal reward & recognition programs
- Coordinating data, reporting, and compliance training
- Facilitating onboarding programs and supporting face-to-face learning delivery
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and insight
More about You;
- You will have 2+ years in an HR Admin or Coordinator role (or transferable experience)
- A working knowledge of a Tier 1 HRIS (Oracle, Success Factors, Workday or SAP preferred)
- A passion for people, process, and precision – and an eye for the little things that matter
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate confidently with all levels of the business
- A mindset driven by curiosity, learning, and delivering better every day
