As we continue to grow across ANZ and globally, we’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-savvy and relationship-driven Senior National Account Manager to lead key national customers and unlock the next phase of category growth.

About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role owns delivery of volume, net sales, profit and gross margin targets across assigned national customers.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the primary commercial contact, leading strategic customer engagement, driving best-in-class Joint Business Planning and ensuring flawless in-store execution across the a2 portfolio. This role is more than account management, it’s about shaping category growth, influencing senior buyers and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable, profitable outcomes.
What you will be responsible for.
- Owning full P&L delivery across national accounts
- Leading end-to-end customer strategy and Joint Business Planning
- Identifying ranging, pricing, distribution and promotional opportunities to accelerate growth
- Delivering compelling, data-driven category reviews
- Managing trade investment with strong ROI discipline
- Driving forecasting accuracy and collaborating closely with Supply, Marketing and Finance
- Contributing to the broader Senior Retail Sales Leadership Team
