Opportunities for Production Operators for our newly structured shift times at our Smeaton Grange Site - Immediate Start!

• Day shift: 5.00 am to 1.06 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 1.00 pm to 9.06 pm

The Role - what you will be doing.

We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our Smeaton Grange team in permanent full-time roles offering varied work across production and warehouse operations.  Smeaton Grange is our liquid milk bottling plant where we bottle over 850,000 litres of our delicious a2 Milk per week. This role will give you the opportunity to learn, develop and grow a rewarding career in an inclusive and supportive environment. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Work side by side with an experienced, collaborative, and close-knit team.
• Operate and monitor equipment to keep our lines safe and efficient to ensure smooth production.
• Rotate across different tasks – filling, packing, processing, dispatch and more – keeping each day varied.
• Help uphold our safety-first culture and take pride in producing high-quality products.
• Work across rotating day and afternoon shifts (variety and increased pay rate)

What We’re Looking For

• Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment with great communication skills.
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience is essential - dairy experience highly regarded
• Experience operating filling machines and related equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to learn.
• A forklift licence will open additional opportunities, though it’s not required.
