Your Impact
Reporting to the Project Manager – Science & Technology and based in Auckland, you’ll play a key role in supporting the administrative and research operations of our Science team. Role is 20 hours per week
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and regularly updating study documentation and cost tracking in our database with precision and attention to detail.
- Assisting with the preparation, review, and amendment of project documentation.
- Supporting various administrative tasks, including month-end reporting, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and managing order requirements.
- Conducting PubMed and online publication searches, and sourcing scientific manuscripts.
- Uploading new beta-casein publications to the Science website CRM.
- Managing and maintaining our internal Reference Library.
- Researching clinical trials and related publications, and preparing concise weekly summaries.
- Assisting with biosample shipments, including ensuring all required import documentation is complete.
- Organising the shipment of milk, protein, and ingredient samples for clinical studies.
- Sourcing research kits or products as required (e.g., UGAL, ELISA).
The perfect candidate will have:
- A logical, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication abilities
- The ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EndNote software
