As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a S&OP Analyst to join our high-performing team in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience across supply chain functions who wants to take their analytical skills to the next level and drive genuine improvements across planning, logistics, and operations.
Reporting to the Commercial S&OP Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across demand planning, logistics, IT, and external partners to enhance the visibility, accuracy, and efficiency of our global supply chain network.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Analyse supply chain data across demand, supply, inventory, and manufacturing to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
- Support and enhance the S&OP process through scenario modelling, KPI tracking and performance analysis
- Assist with creating intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility across the end-to-end supply chain
- Support Oracle EDI integration between our systems and external suppliers or manufacturers
- Map and improve supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, support automation and simplify operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
What you will bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or business analytics, ideally with a focus on S&OP and data integration.
- Strong technical capability working with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred), Excel, and data visualisation tools like Power BI. (preferred, not essential)
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
