The role:

This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end governance, planning, and execution of major capital investments and strategic manufacturing initiatives across a2MC’s global manufacturing portfolio.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring capital and cross-functional initiatives deliver on scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance, while strengthening the connection between Group Manufacturing strategy and site execution.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

• Leading capital planning, portfolio governance, and stage-gate approvals across manufacturing sites
• Establishing and governing project charters, scopes, cost plans, schedules, change control, and reporting
• Managing complex capex projects in live manufacturing environments, including FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operational readiness
• Coordinating engineering consultants, OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Quality
• Driving risk management, safety in design, HAZOPs, contractor safety, and compliance with food manufacturing and regulatory standards
• Delivering cross-functional strategic projects focused on productivity, automation, OEE improvement, digital transformation, and network optimisation
