We are now seeking a Senior Group FP&A Analyst to join our Group Corporate Finance team, supporting group-wide financial planning, reporting and strategic analysis.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Analysis, this role sits at the centre of the Group Finance function and plays a key role in supporting financial insights and decision-making across the business.

Working closely with senior finance leaders, you will contribute to group reporting, forecasting and financial analysis that informs leadership, executive teams and the Board.

This role is ideal for a CA qualified finance professional currently working within a Group FP&A function in an ASX or NZX listed organisation, looking to deepen their commercial exposure in a fast-growing global business.

More Specifically, you will be involved in:

• Lead the preparation of Group financial reporting templates, consolidation and automation
• Deliver monthly Group financial reporting and variance analysis for finance and leadership teams
• Support the Group budgeting and forecasting cycle, including consolidation of regional inputs
• Provide financial insights and modelling to support strategic projects and product innovation
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data structures through Oracle ERP and EPM systems

About You.

You are a driven and analytical finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems and translating financial information into meaningful insights.

You bring experience from a Group FP&A environment within a listed organisation and are looking to step into a role with greater exposure to senior finance leaders and enterprise-wide financial performance.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• CA qualified with 4–6 years’ experience in accounting, FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience working within a Group FP&A function in a listed company (Global, ASX or NZX)
• Strong financial modelling, reporting and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
• Experience working with ERP/EPM systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior finance stakeholders
