About the Role

At The a2 Milk Company, we are a fast-growing, ASX/NZX-listed global business with a focus on driving sustainable growth across our core business areas.

We’re now looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Corporate Strategy team in an exceptional opportunity for a top-tier consultant ready to step into industry and real own outcomes.

Your Impact:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, and based in our Southbank Offices, Melbourne, you will operate at the heart of the business partnering with our Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver a2MC’s growth agenda.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will:

• Help define group strategy and long-term priorities
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from problem definition through to execution
• Assess and execute inorganic growth opportunities (M&A, partnerships)
• Shape portfolio and product strategy across a global business
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across core operations

You’ll move beyond advising to owning strategy in action seeing your work translate into tangible commercial outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for intellectually curious, commercially minded individuals who want to step into a role where they can influence, build, and deliver.

• 3–6 years’ experience, including 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting 
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capability
• Experience in strategy, M&A, corporate development or due diligence advantageous
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (ELT/Board level)
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• A desire to transition from advisory into execution and ownership
