Your Impact:
Reporting to the Head of Quality – ANZ and based at our Auckland CBD office, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping, embedding, and elevating our Quality and Management Systems across the ANZ business.
You will be responsible for driving Manufacturing Excellence, ensuring regulatory and certification compliance, and enabling a culture of zero-defect delivery across our operations and supply chain.
More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Establishing the framework and leading the implementation of the Quality Management System to achieve full compliance and zero defect.
- Managing all relevant regulatory, local and global operational instructions, policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Overseeing site certifications (RMP, GACC, SAMR, FSSC, EU listing, Organic, Halal) including audits and new certifications.
- Leading internal audits across Head Office, factories, third-party manufacturers, licensees, and distribution centres to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in Quality, Food Safety or Supplier Quality Assurance within food, dairy, or pharma.
- Strong knowledge of global food safety standards including CFDA, MPI, Codex, FDA, EU, and FSSC/ISO 22000.
- Demonstrated capability in auditing, TPM, root cause analysis, and implementing management systems.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global supply chains with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
