Your Impact:

Reporting to the Product Development Manager - Liquid Milk, and based at our McMahons Point office, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of various projects from a supply chain and operations perspective. Projects will include innovation and renovation product development from concept to launch, supply chain optimisation, as well as other broader product development projects.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

• Leading the development and commercialisation of new liquid milk products and adjacent categories, such as fortified milk powder and other dairy categories
• Managing and overseeing the technical development of product formulations, including prototype creation, sensory, performance quality assessments and shelf-life validation.
• Coordinating the scale-up of products validation from benchtop trials to factory commercial scale.
• Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful project executions.

What You Will Bring:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in product development in liquid milk, and/or dairy industry.
• Degree qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in the technical development and commercialisation of liquid milk and dairy products.
• Strong knowledge and experience of product formulation, manufacturing processes, and production scale-up validation from benchtop to commercial scale.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge and experience in nutrient and functional ingredients fortification in liquid milk and/or dairy applications.
• Develop solutions for product technical challenges, identifies risks & execute mitigation plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget.
