Your Role:
Are you ready to build your career in a dynamic and growing supply chain team? The a2 Milk Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support our end-to-end supply chain operations and help drive continuous improvement through data and analytics.
Working closely with the Group Supply Chain Manager in Auckland, you’ll play a key supporting role in day-to-day supply chain activities, supply and distribution processes, inventory planning, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
More specifically you will be involved in:
- Analytical Tasks – Data collation, creating and maintaining models to track supply chain efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
- Reporting – Generate meaningful reports with your Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including inventory analysis, vendor performance reviews and ad-hoc reports
- Supply Chain – Assist in purchasing, planning and export logistics process where required
- Projects – assist in the implementation of supply chain projects to support business objectives. Assist Oracle automation transactions, master data, enhancement setup testing, and other activities where required
- Stakeholder management – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and logistics partners
More about you;
- You will have 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the Dairy, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working on Oracle, SAP or other ERP will be highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
