Your Impact:

Reporting to the Site General Manager and based at our Pokeno site, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and logistics operations for our New Zealand infant formula manufacturing site.

In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the safe, accurate, compliant, and cost-efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods, while driving continuous improvement, resilience, and service excellence in a highly regulated environment.

More specifically, you will be involved in:

Leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand planning, supply planning, scenario analysis, and cross-functional alignment
Managing inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations, including ERP inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, warehouse optimisation, and third-party logistics providers
Overseeing production planning, ensuring material availability aligns with manufacturing schedules and infant formula–specific quality and traceability requirements
Procuring ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials, managing replenishment cycles through ERP/MRP systems, and negotiating supplier agreements
Ensuring regulatory, quality, and food safety compliance, including FSANZ Infant Formula Standards, GB standards, and full end-to-end traceability
Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, leading contingency planning for disruptions, recalls, or plant shutdowns
Driving systems improvement and digital enablement, including ERP/MRP optimisation, automation, and supply chain analytics
Leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing supply chain and warehouse team, while fostering a strong safety and compliance culture

What you will bring:

Extensive experience in supply chain management within infant formula, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing environments
Proven leadership of S&OP, MRP, and planning processes in complex, regulated supply chains
Strong background in procurement, managing large portfolios of globally sourced ingredients and packaging materials
Experience managing warehousing and logistics operations, including third-party providers (preferred)
High level of capability in ERP and WMS systems, with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with suppliers, regulators, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain roles, with 5+ years’ experience in procurement and planning within complex environments
