As our brand continues to grow, we are now recruiting two Territory Managers to strengthen our field sales presence across Brisbane Metro and the Gold Coast.
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced FMCG Territory Manager who thrives in the field, building strong retail relationships and driving sales growth?
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, the Territory Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth, market expansion and strong retail partnerships within their territory. This is a fully remote role but has the support of an inclusive team across our thriving locations. You will hit the road fully equipped to succeed in your role with a serviced company car, the latest technology and the support you would expect working for a growing, premium brand like a2MC.
We have two new Territory Manager roles available, who together will cover:
• North Lakes to Beenleigh
• Ormeau to Tweed Heads
These roles are responsible for developing strong relationships with retail partners, expanding distribution and ensuring excellent in-store execution of a2 Milk products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and distribution across your assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and independent grocers
- Maximise in-store execution including shelf facings, placement and visibility
- Identify new ranging, promotional and distribution opportunities
- Analyse store performance data to optimise territory sales strategies
About You
You are an energetic and commercially driven FMCG field sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and driving results.
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Proven Territory Manager or FMCG field sales experience
- Strong experience managing retail store relationships
- A track record of improving distribution, shelf space and sales performance
- Confidence analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and route planning capability
- Car and Tools of the trade (Tech) and mobile provided.
Location requirement
Candidates must reside within or close to the assigned territory, with previous experience managing a retail client base in these areas:
• North Lakes – Beenleigh
• Ormeau – Tweed Heads
